Our Process
Receive
Welding equipment is drop shipped or delivered by customer. An estimate is opened, serial number researched, performance issues are documented, and machine is tagged.
Evaluate
After testing, calibration, and required cleaning, the probable cause of failure is identified and proper repairs evaluated.
Estimate
Repair cost is sent to customer for review. Estimates may change due to multiple issues causing the failure.
Approval
Client approves repair estimate and Dupont orders parts.
Repair
Welding machine is repaired based on OEM instructions and quality tests completed.
Notify & Invoice
Notification of completion and arrange for pickup or ship equipment. Once machine is placed in outbound area, an invoice is sent electronically.
